This policy primarily covers our Premium Membership subscriptions.

Premium Membership Subscriptions

• Cancel Anytime: Enjoy the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time without hassle.

Refund Policy:

• Monthly Plans: Cancel during your billing cycle to avoid future charges.
• Yearly Plans: Cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your term (excluding the current month and the 1 free month). The monthly rate is used as the basis for the prorated refund calculation.

Additional Disclosures:

• Advisory Service Exclusions: Our monthly management fee does not cover advisory services, including any car care advice, sales and acquisitions advice, and other car services listed on our services page, except for those specific services included within your selected Management Plan.
• Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date. You can cancel your membership at any time.
• Plan Pricing: Membership prices vary based on the Management plan selected, the number of vehicles enrolled, and the service area, especially if service is requested outside the greater Miami area.
• Custom Service Quotes: We reserve the right to provide a custom quote for any service that falls outside of your included monthly management plan. Once the customer approves the quote and the service is executed by Andromeda Crown, all payments for such custom services are non-refundable.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel memberships for any reason, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Refunds for Other Services:

Here is a brief summary of the refund policies for other services we offer:

• Advisory & Management Services: Due to the customized nature of these services, returns and refunds are not available.
• Merchandise (physical products): All merchandise from Andromeda Crown is final sale and non-returnable. Our products are custom-made or customized individually to meet specific customer preferences, making them non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review product details before making a purchase.
• Vehicle Care Services: (e.g., onsite storage management, repairs, detailing, customization, refurbishing, reconditioning, and maintenance):
• We partner with highly qualified vendors to deliver these services, and we handle the coordination to ensure excellent service delivery
• Andromeda Crown’s Fee: Our fee covers the management and coordination of these services and is non-refundable.
• Vendor Policies: For specific return or refund policies regarding the service itself, you must contact the vendor directly. We are happy to connect you with the appropriate partner.
