Andromeda Crown is a luxury car collection management firm dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized services. This includes vehicle acquisition, storage, maintenance, transportation, and expert consulting. To ensure transparency and protect the interests of both parties, please review the following disclaimer.

Andromeda Crown LLC provides advisory, management, and consulting services for luxury car collections. We do not own, operate, or maintain vehicles, except as specifically outlined below. Our services are limited to providing advice, recommendations, and coordination. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the actions of third-party service providers or the Client’s decisions, unless caused by our negligence or breach of contract in selecting or overseeing the service provider.

The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for assessing the condition, value, and performance of any vehicle. Andromeda Crown does not provide warranties or guarantees regarding vehicle condition, value, or performance. Clients should conduct their own inspections or obtain independent evaluations as needed. 

Andromeda Crown is not responsible for any personal belongings left in vehicles under our care. Clients are advised to remove all personal items before entrusting their vehicles to our services.

Andromeda Crown does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Clients should consult with appropriate professionals for such matters. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our Clients’ personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By utilizing Andromeda Crowns services, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Andromeda Crown LLC, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Clients actions or the actions of third parties, unless otherwise specified.

Specific Disclosures:

  • Vehicle Transportation: We arrange transportation services on behalf of clients by coordinating with third-party carriers. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles. Clients should inspect their vehicles before and after transportation.
  • Vehicle Storage: While we assist in selecting and managing storage facilities, we are not responsible for any damages caused by acts of God, theft, vandalism, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients should maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for their stored vehicles. Clients should inspect their vehicles before and after storage for any potential damage.
  • Vehicle Valuation: Our valuations are estimates, not appraisals. Clients should obtain professional appraisals for insurance, tax, or legal purposes. Any valuation provided by Andromeda Crown will be communicated in writing to the client, clearly stating that it is an estimate and not an appraisal.
  • Detailing, Restoration, Maintenance, and Repairs: Andromeda Crown may offer or arrange for detailing, restoration, maintenance, and repair services, which are typically outsourced to third-party providers. We are not liable for any damages or defects arising from these services unless caused by our negligence or breach of contract in selecting or overseeing the service provider. Clients should inspect their vehicles after the completion of any such services to ensure satisfaction.

 

Additional Considerations:

  • Clients should inspect their vehicles before and after transportation or storage.
  • Clearly communicate valuation disclaimers in writing.
  • Consider offering service warranties or guarantees for outsourced services.
  • Communicate specific vehicle care instructions in writing.

 

Premium Plans Memberships Disclosures:

  • Prices may vary based on location, number of cars covered and additional services.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
  • Consulting hours are cumulative within a month and cannot be carried over.
  • Consulting hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Reduced Service Commissions of 15% : Save on service costs with our exclusive member benefit.
  • Non-Member Pay: Standard 25% commission rate with limited perks.

 

We offer a full refund for your membership at any time you cancel. Here is how it works:

  • Monthly Plans:Cancel during a billing cycle and you won’t be charged for future months.
  • Yearly Plans: Cancel anytime and receive a refund for the unused months remaining in your term (excluding the current month you cancel and the initial two free months), calculated at the monthly rate.We reserve the right to cancel memberships for any reason, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to modify plans or pricing.

 

Consulting Plans

Premium Plans:

  • 1 Car: Up to 1 hour/month
  • 2-3 Cars: Up to 3 hours/month
  • 4-5 Cars: Up to 5 hours/month
  • More than 5 Cars: Custom quote based on agreed hours
  • Additional Consulting: Custom hourly rates for services beyond included monthly hours.
  • Custom Quotes: Custom quotes are available for services beyond included plans.
  • Contact us for quotes exceeding 6 cars.
